COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Oriental Motor 2RK6GN-CW2J/2GN-180S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Poggi-Gearbox parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ormec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the PX23050S2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A2008R11012 manufactured by Poggi-Gearbox and we are pleased to be able to service most Poggi-Gearbox systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VN8412NW90604 by Manufacturer Ormec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Phd Brand C47423485S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as 252101442003 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E2332344 made by Oriental-Motor as well as the popular PS180005010SH original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5GD10K by Oriental-Motor and 252101442003 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MB90001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
